South Downs Rambler Bus 2019

The South Downs Rambler Bus is returning for its second season in 2019. The bus will again operate on Sundays (plus Bank Holiday Monday) between 7th July and 8th September and will run between Winchester and Petersfield railway stations via a number of beauty spots not normally served by buses. Walkers and ramblers can use the South Downs Rambler Bus as part of their day out. Everyone is welcome to take the chance to visit some lovely villages and country pubs along the way or simply enjoy the relaxing ride through the stunning South Downs scenery and then explore either Winchester or Petersfield. The bus is jointly organised by the Three Rivers Rail Partnership and East Hampshire Community Rail Partnership, with financial support from Cross Country Trains. Bluestar buses are the bus operator and all the usual passes are accepted. Contactless payment is available on the bus making things nice and easy for passengers buying their tickets.
