Hiring Fees & General Information
At the heart of West Meon community is the Village Hall which was built in 1964, but by the 1990’s it was in need of refurbishment and as a result of a legacy from Mrs Foster it was extended and now provides the ideal venue for celebrating special occasions: christenings, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, meetings and wakes.
The Hall hosts regular events: fitness classes, Pilates, ballet, dance, fitness training, table tennis, table top sales, pop in café, drama classes, theatrical performances and fund raising events.
The Hall has 2 spaces that may be hired separately or together and as a result of a lottery grant it now boasts a spacious refurbished kitchen with commercial dishwasher, fridge freezer and a range cooker. There is sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses etc to cater for up to 80 people.
There are 16 folding Tables [6’] and 5 small [3’] and 120 chairs. These can also be hired for external functions via Hazel Town firstname.lastname@example.org

Main Hall £10.10 per hour
Small Hall £7.00 per hour
For Non Residents:
Main Hall £13.00 per hour
Small Hall £9.75 per hour
Table Hire £3.00 each
Chair Hire 50p each
Background heating and lighting is included and a fully equipped kitchen and tables etc are available for hire. There is also ample car parking.
